South side of moors at night. 1 Eurasian Sparrowhawk Elmhirst pump, 5 Moorhen Elmhirst pump, 40 Lesser Black-backed Gull to roost on moors, 40 Herring Gull to roost on moors, 1 Long-eared/Tawny Owl southern fields mobbing a fox repeatedly, 1 Green Woodpecker Elmhirst pump, 3 Barn Swallow Elmhirst pump. Also in these southern fields: as well as Fox (above), 1 Whiskered/Brandt's Bats feeding around security lights (the only medium sized pale-bellied bat that is known to occur here). 19 Red Deer, 2 Roe Deer, 2 Badgers and Brown Rats.
