Syrphids: Sericomyia lappona, 9+ Eristalis intricarius, 1 Volucella bombylans, 3 Episyrphus balteatus common, lots of other species obviously remained unidentified. Conopids: Sicus ferrugineus, very common with many in cop Bumblebees: Tree Bee (Bombus hypnorum) 1 + other common species.

Bryan Wainwright 02/07/2016 Shelduck 2 with 4 nearly fledged young Crowle North Marsh, Mallard 1 female with 9 very new chicks S bend, Marsh Harrier 4 male mobbed and chased in tight turns by 2 buzzards for prey, dropped vole? and buzzard caught, female MH arrived just too late all E end Goole Moor, Buzzard 2, Kestrel 1, Hobby 5, Water Rail 1, Lapwing 30, Black-headed Gull 300 over 100 young, Lesser Black-backed Gull 1, Cuckoo 2 one was a rufous morph female Will Pits, Swift 120, Stonechat 2, Pied Wagtail (yarrellii) 1, Meadow Pipit 2, Linnet 3, also Red Deer 2 Goole Fields.
